American Telesource exec sells in Hollister

Patrick Bahar and his wife, Debra, sold a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2690 Sadies Ct. in Hollister for $505,000 to Christopher Rizzuto and his wife, Sarah, on Aug. 25.
The Bahars paid $480,500 for the property in June 2001. The 3,066-square-foot house was built in 2000.
Mr. Bahar is a senior account executive at American Telesource, Inc., an IP telephony and IVR/IWR solutions provider in the San Francisco Bay area.
Prior to ATI, he was an account executive with Siemens and Transition Technology, Inc. He graduated from San Jose State University.
