Gilroy home value drops $49K

Matthew and Jaime Armstrong bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath home at 1451 Peregrine Dr. in Gilroy for $545,000 from the Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. on Aug. 18.
The Wamu Trust paid $594,000 for the property on April 25.
The 2,439-square-foot house was built in 1997.
