Lawyer buys Morgan Hill 5BD

Luca Baratta bought a five-bedroom, three bath home at 2848 Mira Bella Cir. in Morgan Hill for $875,000 from Jeffrey A. Hawkey and his wife, Teresa, on Aug. 15.
The Hawkeys paid $550,000 for the property in Sept. 1998.
The 2,807-square-foot house was built in 1995.
Baratta is a partner in the Silicon Valley assurance and advisory practice of SingerLewak, a regional accounting services firm based in Los Angeles with offices in San Diego, Orange County, Woodland Hills and the Inland Empire.
Baratta previously spent more than 10 years practicing public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Milan, London and San Jose.
Baratta also served as an army lieutenant in Fossano, Italy from 1996 to 1997 and has managed and trained more than 100 soldiers.
Baratta received his bachelor's degree in economy and commerce from Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.
