PR exec, firefighter buy Morgan Hill 4BD

Shira Frantzich and her husband, Joshua, bought a four-bedroom, two bath at 18355 San Carlos Way in Morgan Hill for $850,000 from Myra Besancon and her husband, Danny, on June 30.

The 2,220 square foot house was built in 2007.

Mrs. Frantzich is an account executive at Sterling Communications, Inc., a public relations company in Los Gatos.

She earned her masters in communication management from USC and her bachelor's in communication and Spanish from the University of California-Santa Barbara. She is originally from Agoura Hills, Calif.

Mr. Frantzich has served as a fire fighter for the South Santa Clara County Fire District. He also graduated from UC-Santa Barbara.

Mrs. Besancon serves as the chief operating officer at Community Hospital of Los Gatos. She moved to California from New Orleans, La., and joined the hospital staff in Los Gatos in 2006.
