Derek Kurzenknabe and his wife, Victoria, sold their six-bedroom, 4.5 bath at 1924 St. Andrews Circle in Gilroy for $985,000 to Donna Shim and her husband, Kenneth, on June 20.

Mr. Kurzenknabe is a business development executive in the Managed Business Process Services Group of IBM Global Services in the Bay Area.
He previously served as vice president of sales at Viacore, the supply and demand chain company acquired by IBM in Feb. 2006.
Mrs. Shim is a technical marketing engineer with Cisco Systems.
