Elementary school principal spends $492K in Gilroy

Mike Nebesnick and his wife, Lynn, bought a five-bedroom, three bath at 890 Greenwich Dr. in Gilroy for $492,000 from CWMBS Mortgage on June 17.

CWMBS Mortgage acquired the home for $645,705 on Jan. 18.

Mr. Nebesnick is the principal of El Roble K-5 School in Gilroy.
