Vallejo principal buys Gilroy 4BD

Joyce Bacoccina bought a four-bedroom, two bath at 970 Miller Ave. in Gilroy for $475,000 from the Graham Trust on June 13.
The 1,838 square foot house was built in 1978.
Bacoccina serves as principal of the Vallejo Charter School. She was previously a principal in the Sylvan Union School District in Modesto and the Chehalis School District in Washington.
She earned her master's in curriculum and administration from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash., and her bachelor's in liberal studies from San Francisco State University.
