Shani Verdon and her husband, David, sold a three-bedroom, two bath at 15365 La Mar Dr. in Morgan Hill for $588,000 to Carol Edmiston on May 15.
The Verdons paid $400,000 for the property in March 2000. The 1,575 square foot home was built in 1985.
Mrs. Verdon has served as public relations associate for San Jose Repertory Theatre, a professional regional theatre in San Jose.
