Network security co. owner pays $695K in Gilroy

Oostur Raza bought a four-bedroom, four bath at 2195 Cruden Bay Way in Gilroy for $695,000 from Trey and Kristie Solomon on April 22.

The Solomons paid $560,000 for the home in Sept. 2002. It was built in 2001.

Raza is the owner of Venture Investor, a computer and network security company in the Bay Area. Prior to Venture, Raza was a director at The Santa Cruz Operation, another computer and network security company.

He also served as the CEO at Intarka Inc, a San Jose-based company that provides web-mining technology. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
