Technology sales VP gets $1.05M in Morgan Hill

Richard Nickson and his wife, Ruta, sold their four-bedroom, three bath at 4673 Little Uvas Rd. in Morgan Hill for $1.05 million to Nickolas Corini and his wife, Julie, on March 28.
The home was listed for $1.75 million.
Mr. Nickson is the vice president of North American sales for the Linear Technology Corporation, a manufacturer of high performance linear integrated circuits based in Milpitas. He has held the position since 2001, when he was promoted from his former position as the director of U.S. sales.
He has worked for the company in various roles since 1993. He previously served as the president and co-founder of Focus Technical Sales, and he's also worked for National, Micro-Tex Inc. and Texas Instruments.
He earned his bachelor's in mathematics from the Illinois Institute of Technology (1971).
