Dr. Carl Deiter and his wife, Lana, sold their four-bedroom, three bath at 2120 Periwinkle Dr. in Gilroy for $974,000 to Steve Gleaner and his wife, Kimberly, on March 26.
The Deiters paid $790,00 for the property in Feb. 2000.
The 3,321 square foot home sold for its listed price. It was built in 1999.
Dr. Deiter is a chiropractor at the Almaden Chiropractic Center in San Jose. He's been practicing for 32 years.
Mr. Gleaner is the owner of Driven Exotics, an automotive service center in Gilroy that specializes solely in Lamborghinis.
