Paul and Vanesa Chou bought a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 1423 Ousley Dr. in Gilroy for $570,000 from Lucky McHenry on March 21.

McHenry paid $25,300 for the property in Feb. 1973, a year after the house was built.

The 2,100 square foot home was listed for $579,000.
