Hilda Ruezga and her husband, Jesse, bought a six-bedroom, four bath at 13015 Colony Ave. in San Martin for $1.3 million from Esperanza Sanchez on March 18.
Sanchez paid $565,000 for the property in Nov. 2002.
The 4,700 square foot home was listed for $1,399,888. It was built in 2005.
Mrs. Ruezga is a real estate agent for Century 21 in Sunnyvale. She serves a number of northern California communities, including San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Clara and Sunnyvale.
