Michael Lubak and his wife, Laura, sold a four-bedroom, four bath at 16770 Cabernet Circle in Morgan Hill for $1.195 million to Brian and Melissa Komrosky on March 13.
The Lubaks paid $1.33 million for the home in Aug. 2005.
It was listed for $1.349 million.
Mr. Lubak has served as a program manager for the e-business division of General Electric Transportation Systems in Erie, Pa. He has specialized in marketing the company's products online and building the web sites for the company's transportation systems division.
He is a native of Erie, where his both his father and grandfather worked for General Electric.
Mr. Komrosky is a district manager at Daiichi Sankyo, a global pharmaceutical company based in Tokyo.
