Adobe manager buys from realtor in Morgan Hill

Scott and Desiree Lehrbaum bought a five-bedroom, three bath in Morgan Hill at 17418 Alisa Court for $1.1 million from Martin and Carla Woodworth on Feb. 28.
The Woodworths paid $475,000 for the property in Jan. 1997.
The 3,935 square foot home was listed for $1.15 million.
Mr. Lehrbaum has worked as a senior manager of business development at Adobe Systems in the Silicon Valley. He was previously senior manager of product marketing at Adobe.
Before Adobe, Mr. Lehrbaum was a software engineer and product marketing manager for Ampro Computers, Inc. He has a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Vermont (2002).
Mrs. Lehrbaum has served as principal at Lumen Consulting.
The San Jose State University graduate has previously held a series of managerial positions with Adobe.
Mr. Woodworth runs Woodworth Realty, which services the South Valley area.
