George and Cynthia Bullwinkel bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Hollister at 1116 Ridgemark Dr. for $992,000 from Paul and Kim Fernandez on Dec. 6.
Mr. and Mrs. Fernandez paid $940,000 for the property in March 12, 2007.
The 2,980 square foot home was listed for $1.018 million.
Mrs. Bullwinkel has worked as a certified pilates instructor at Gold's Gym and Designing Women gym in Hollister.
