Area real estate authority sells for $1.25 million in Morgan Hill

Jerry and Billye Kiss sold a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Morgan Hill at 2075 Domaine Court for $1.25 million to Warren and Frances Kisling on Dec. 21.
The Kisses paid $860,000 for the property in Jan. 2004.
Mr. Kiss, who is the founder and vice president of Intero Real Estate Services and managing officer of Intero Gilroy and Intero Hollister, listed the property for $1.382 million.
The Bay Area veteran has spent the better part of three decades in marketing and sales.
