Tony Bruscia and his wife, Liliana, bought a three-bedroom, two bath in Hollister at 2291 Pinnacle Court for $525,000 from Shawn and Carletta Stout on Sept. 26.
The Stouts paid $379,500 for the property in Dec. 1999.
The 3,200 square foot home was listed as high as $580,000.
Mr. Bruscia, an insurance broker, spent a year as mayor of Hollister and served in the city council from 2000-2004.
