Chiropractor sells to web conferencing manager in Morgan Hill

Robin and Lauri Realini bought a four-bedroom, 3.1 bath in Morgan Hill at 16817 Hilltop Court for $889,000 from Dr. Douglas M. Gillard and his wife, Lydia, on Sept. 17.
The Gillards paid $386,000 for the property in Aug. 1991.
The 3,265 square foot home was listed for $899,950.
Dr. Gillard runs Gillard Chiropractic in San Jose.
The sports enthusiast participated in track and field while attending Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich., and was an All-American at the school.
Gilliard's specialty was the hammer throw, and he was at one point one of the top 10 hammer throwers in the country. He was an alternate on the 1988 Olympic Team after placing 5th at the Olympic Trials.
He injured his lower back in 1989, but was able to finish the season with a 4th place finish at the 1989 U.S. Track and Field Championships.
He attended Chiropractic College at Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Ga.
Mr. Realini is a Senior Manager of Data Center Operations at WebEx, a provider of conferencing and video conferencing applications headquartered in Santa Clara.
In the past he's been a Senior Manager at PaymentOne, a Director of IT at Cidco Inc. and CIO at Condor Systems.
He's also worked at KLA Instruments, Abbott Labs and Merchantec.
He attended San Francisco State University.
