Creative director buys from real estate couple in Hollister

Gareth Snook bought a five-bedroom, 3.5 bath in Hollister at 1175 Wild Oak Dr. for $855,000 from Brian (Kosh) and Jayne Shioya on Aug. 31.
The Shioyas paid $565,000 for the property in Feb. 2002.
Mr. Shioya, an agent with Century 21 Champion, listed the 3243 square foot home for $895,000.
The Shioyas are a husband-wife real estate team.
Mr. Snook is a Director of Production Services with Genesis Creative Group of Aptos.
Mr. Snook was also an actor in his native England where he attended the University of Nottingham.
