YMCA director spends $840K in Hollister

David and Rochelle Callis bought a five-bedroom, 3.5 bath in Hollister at 1260 Brook View Court for $840,000 from Dennis and Jennifer Irvin on Aug. 16.
The Irvins paid $871,000 for the property in Oct. 2004.
The 3,240 square foot home was listed for $937,000.
Mrs. Callis was recently appointed as the Executive Director of the San Benito YMCA, where she replaced Lou Bettencourt.
Callis previously worked with the YMCA in Orange County, Calif.
