Morgan Hill 5BD sells for $1.17 million

Kam and Wafa Khuzaie bought a five-bedroom, four bath in Morgan Hill at 16855 Hill Rd. for $1.17 million to Annie Billote on Aug. 14.
The Khuzaies paid $895,000 for the 4,239 square foot home in Feb. 2004, the year it was built.
The sale was listed as high as $1.248 million.
Billote has worked as a real estate agent in the San Jose area.
