San Jose investigator sells for $1.06 million in Morgan Hill

David and Karin Keneller sold their four-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Morgan Hill at 17285 Copper Hill Dr. for $1.06 million to Maria Harms on June 8.
The Kenellers paid $704,000 for the property in Aug. 2003.
Intero's Ralph Chellino listed the sale for $1.049 million.
Mr. Keneller has worked as the captain of the San Jose police department's investigations bureau.
