John and Terri Patino sold a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Hollister at 1531 Quail Run for $867,500 to Jeffrey and Tania Eaton on May 25.

The Patinos paid $910,000 for the property in June 2005.

Intero's Jackie McAbee had the 2,800 square foot home listed for $939,900.
