Century 21 agent gets $1.199 million in Morgan Hill

Real estate agent Imee Ancheta and her husband, Efren, sold a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath in Morgan Hill at 19105 Eagle View Dr. for $1.199 million to Sue Hanigan on May 23.
The Anchetas paid $575,000 for the 2,827 square foot home in Jan. 2000, the year it was built.
Mrs. Ancheta was the listing agent for the property and sold it for full asking price.
Mrs. Ancheta works with Century 21-El Camino in Sunnyvale.
