SCCAOR president spends $860K in Morgan Hill

Gene and Janet Binsbachar bought a three-bedroom, two bath in Morgan Hill at 17048 Shady Lane Dr. for $860,000 from the George and Christine Williams Trust on April 13.

Mr. Binsbachar is the Chief Executive Officer of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, a position he's held since Jan. 2006.

He was previously recently VP of Support Operations at Santa Ana-based Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions and before that was Executive VP of Victor Valley Association of Realtors in Victorville.

Mr. Binsbachar has a bachelor's degree in business management from Sonoma State University. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve for two years, which included being on active duty during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

Mr. Williams passed away Aug. 17, 2004 at the age of 85.
