Nancy DeTurk sold a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Hollister at 111 Donald Dr. for $665,000 to Bret and Martha Speirs on March 22.
Intero's Peter Fleming listed the sale for the 29-year-old home for $669,000.
DeTurk is a longtime teacher who's worked in Washington, Oregon, California and the Philippines. She has a master's from National University and graduated from the University of Washington in 1962.
