Produce researcher buys from nurse in Hollister

Anthony and Deanne Cagnacci bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Hollister at 80 Marcus Ct. for $842,500 from Lawrence and Nancy Ammerman on March 20.
The Ammerman's paid $647,000 for the home in May 2003.
Coldwell Banker's Lisa Scagliotti listed the sale for $919,000.
Ms. Cagnacci, 37, works in the Research and Development team at produce maker and marketer Frank Capurro and Son, LLC in Moss Landing, Calif., which is due east of Hollister.
Ms. Ammerman, 54, has worked as a nurse and clinical coordinator in the same-day surgery and recovery center at Hazel Hawkins Hospital in Hollister.
