Mario and Betty Battistella sold a four-bedroom, three bath at 975 Paullus Dr. for $985,000 to Vincent and Carol Andrijeski on Feb. 2.

The Battistellas paid $700,000 for the 3,148 square foot home in Sept. 2001.

The sale was listed as high as $1,075,500.
