Telecommunications director spends $1.175 million in Morgan Hill

Gerhard and Elizabeth Beenen bought a five-bedroom, four bath in Morgan Hill at 16635 Glenn Canyon Court for $1.175 million from Michael Dunn on Feb. 21.
The sale was listed for $1.249 million.
Mr. Beenen, 51, has been the president and general manager of the Telecom Products Group at Sunrise Telecom Incorporated in San Jose since Jan. 2006. He's previously worked with Tektronix and held executive management positions with Novellus Systems, Network Elements, and Steridian.
He has a bachelor's in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin and a doctorate in analytical chemistry from Oregon State University.
