Machine shop co-owner spends $600K in Hollister

William Fixsen bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath home at 2130 Burlwood Dr. in Hollister for $600,000 from Mark and Kathleen Parsons on Dec. 19.
The Parsons paid $390,000 for the 1,862 square foot in Aug. 2002.
The sale was listed for $599,900.
Fixsen, 39, is vice president and co-owner of Diablo Precision Inc., a manufacturer of precision screw machine parts in Hollister.
