Morgan Hill 3BD jumps over $400K in ten years

Robert and Beverly Benson sold their three-bedroom, two bath in Morgan Hill at 15140 Via Corfinio for $700,000 to Theodore Day on Dec. 7.

The Bensons paid $276,500 for the 1,503 square foot home in May 1996. It was built in 1992.

Jim and Polly Eagle with Coldwell Banker listed the property for $729,500.
