Richard Fabbri sold his four-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Morgan Hill at 645 Spring Ave. for $775,000 to Hortencia Valencia on Dec. 1.

Fabbri paid $322,500 for the 2,962 square foot home in Nov. 1992. It was built in 1984.

Century 21's Kathleen Shaffer listed the sale for $846,000.
