Andres Magdaleno bought a three-bedroom, two bath at 2071 Evelyns Dr. for $523,000 from Christopher and Jamie Pereira on Nov. 17.
The Pereiras paid $415,000 for the 1,175 square foot home in Sept. 2004.
The sale was listed as high as $529,900.
Magdaleno runs Andres Housekeeping, a building cleaning and maintenance service in Freedom, Calif., which is southwest of Hollister.
