Hollister 3BD jumps $130K in 2.6 years

Jan Kohlmoos sold his three-bedroom, 3.5 bath in Hollister at 810 Paullus Dr. for $980,000 to San Jose-based XSI Properties on Nov. 29.

Kohlmoos paid $850,000 for the 3,166 square foot home in May 2002.

Coldwell Banker's John Markel listed the property for $1,019,950.
