Property manager buys Hollister 3BD for $510K

Craig Gorewitz bought a three-bedroom, two bath in Hollister at 2371 Glenview Dr. for $510,000 from Thereseann Murabito-Damico on Nov. 15.

Murabito-Damico paid $185,500 for the 1,400 square foot home in July 1997.

Intero's Karen Nelsen had the sale listed for $524,950.

Gorewitz, 43, is a property manager for The Tradewinds condo homes and sports club in San Jose. He graduated from San Jose's Branham High School in 1981.
