Late real estate agent's home sells for $770K
Matt and Michele Garza bought the four-bedroom, two bath in Morgan Hill at 16741 Willow Creek Dr. from the trust of the late Corine Dorsey for $770,000 on Nov. 14.
The 1,872 square-foot home was built in 1979.
Mrs. Dorsey was a longtime real estate agent in Northern California, working with Coldwell Banker and Contempo Realty before eventually starting her own company, Corine Dorsey Realty. She also founded and managed Integrated Architecture, an architecture firm in Morgan Hill.
Dorsey was a member of the Morgan Hill Women's Chamber of Commerce, the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce and the Morgan Hill Downtown Association.
She passed away at the age of 66 on Jan. 3 of this year.
Mrs. Garza is a Board Assistant in San Jose for the Valley Transportation Authority's Committee for Transit Accessibility.
