Ex-Silicon Graphics exec pays $770K in Morgan Hill

Matt Burry bought a four-bedroom, three bath in Morgan Hill at 16885 Sundance Dr. for $770,000 to Carl and Joanne Taranto on Nov. 1.
The Tarantos paid $138,000 for the 2,125 square foot home in Sept. 1980, the year it was built.
Intero's Russ Warwick originally listed the sale at $839,888.
Burry worked as a senior information security architect at SGI, a designer and supplier of workstations, server and supercomputer systems in Mountain View. Formerly known as Silicon Graphics, the company was founded by uber-investors Jim Clark in 1982.
