Hollister couple trades up

Alfredo and Laura Chavarria sold their three-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Hollister at 781 Las Palmas Dr. for $545,000 to Ramiro Mejia on Oct. 26.
The Chavarrias paid $247,500 for the 1,577 square foot home in Dec. 1999.
Coldwell Banker's Ginger MacFarland originally listed it at $599,900.
The Chavarrias bought a home at 700 Le Mans Dr. for $700,000 in Hollister on May 30.
