Johan and Carla Dequant sold their four-bedroom, three bath at 1631 Brighton Dr. in Hollister for $690,000 to Gamaliel Guido on Oct. 5.
The Dequants paid $420,000 for the 2,200 square-foot home in March 2001.
Coldwell Banker's John Markle originally listed the home at $719,000.
