Hollister 4BD goes for $600K

Yuri and Mary Flores bought a four-bedrom, 2.5 bath home at 750 Talbot Dr. for $600,000 from Christopher and Karen Zwier on Sept. 19.
The Zwiers paid $230,000 for the 1,800 square foot home in Jan. 1998, the year it was built.
Intero's Sue Marsh was originally asking $615,000 for the property.
