Allen and Wanda Puder sold their three-bedroom, two bath at 17640 Raccoon Ct. in Morgan Hill for $1.215 million on Sept. 27 to Rodney and Rhonda Rutledge.
The Puders spent $590,000 for the 1,978 square-foot home in Oct. 1999. It was built in 1990 and the sale was brokered by Mrs. Puder, an agent with Alain Pinel realtors, originally asking $1.299 million.
Puder, 53, is a member of the Morgan Hill Parks & Recreation Commission.
Mrs. Rutledge is the district training and administrative asst. at Farmers Group Insurance in Morgan Hill.
