State Farm agent sells Morgan Hill 4BD for $1.756 million

Conrad and Debra Grabowski bought a four-bedroom, four bath at 1825 Sullivan Ct. in Morgan Hill for $1.756 million from Carl and Teri Schindler on Sept. 22.
The Schindlers paid $1.3 million for the 4,084 square-foot property in June 2002. It was constructed in 1992.
Realty World-Pacific Homes' Stuart Carson originally had the home listed for $1,799,950.
Mr. Schindler, 65, sells property and casualty insurance for State Farm. His office is on Main Street in Morgan Hill.
The Schindlers recently paid $1.75 million for a home in Gilroy.
