Cyclist sells Hollister 4BD for $575K

Salvador Ramos bought a four-bedroom, two bath at 900 Homestead Ave. in Hollister for $575,000 on Sept. 8 from Joseph and Karen Cahoon.
In Dec. 2001, the Cahoons paid $314,000 for the $1,594 square-foot home. Intero's Sue Marsh had the sale listed for $585,000.
An elite cyclist, Mr. Cahoon is a regular participant in races throughout Northern California.
