Hollister 4BD sells for $642K

Wayne and Sharon Hatch bought a four-bedroom, two bath at 1280 Nez Perce Dr. in Hollister from Ty and Stefani Rogers for $642,500 on Aug. 30.
The Rogers spent $235,000 for the 2,000 square foot home in June 1997.
Nancy Dronek with Alain Pinel Realtors originally listed it for $664,999.
