Robert and Melodee Baldini sold their four-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 19073 Cheyenne Ct. in Morgan Hill for $1.199 million on Sept. 8 to Michael Saaks.
The Baldinis paid $533,500 for the 2,827 square foot home in Oct. 1998. Intero's Sandy Stroppa had the sale listed for $1,249,999.
Mr. Baldini, a carpenter in the South Valley, is a representative for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters located in San Jose.
They Baldinis spent $1.35 million for a home at 9568 Estates Dr. in Gilroy in July.
