Ex-computer gamer sells for $985K in Hollister

Gregory and Tonya Lombardo sold their Hollister home at 1996 Nora Dr. to Jimmy and Tammi Hersrud for $985,000 on June 29.
The Lombardos paid $655,000 for the property in Sept. 2003. The sale was brokered by Ralph and Rachel Rodriguez with a list price of $999,999
Mr. Lombardo, 37, was a co-owner of now-defunct Matrix Hollister, a youth oriented LAN computer gaming center.
