Handheld guru gets $1.1 million in Morgan Hill

Richard and Jennifer Hutley bought a five-bedroom, four-bath at 17495 Belletto Dr. in Morgan Hill for $1.1 million on July 5 from Victor Heldt.
Heldt, 44, bought the home for $481,000 in Aug. 1997.
Coldwell Banker's Barbara Taylor brokered the sale for the 3,063 foot home and sold it for what it was listed. It was built in 1996.
Heldt used to be employed by Palm Inc., a producer of smart phones, handhelds, software and accessory solutions based out of Sunnyvale. He was a project manager for the Palm m125 handheld, released in 2001.
