Hollister home appreciates 100% in six years

Hubert and Kim Cooper bought a four-bedroom, two bath at 420 Tina Dr. in Hollister for $745,000 on June 15 from Adeline Rossi.

Rossi bought the 2,238 square-foot home for $311,500 in Jan. 1999.

The sale was brokered by Coldwell Banker's Ray and Peggy Pierce.
