San Jose couple pays $1 million+ in Hollister

Richard Fabrizio, 55, and his wife, Deborah, bought paid $1.05 million for a new construction four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 25 Cheri Ct. in Hollister on May 31.
Developer Del Curto Brothers Construction paid $329,000 for the raw land in Aug. 2004. The sale was brokered by Claire Del Curto with Del Felice Realty, Inc.
The Fabrizios also own a home at 341 Mustang St. in San Jose.
Del Curto Brothers is a construction company based in the South Valley.
